SDCC is still attempting to get a definitive answer from Perth & Kinross Council as to when they consider the CTLR project will become ‘Committed’. This is a very important distriction due to the enbargo on housing deveopments over 10 or more units in the A93/A94 corridor until this becomes a ‘Committed Project’
