At a recent public meeting we were asked if we could host a Study Group to enable sharing of knowledge regarding how to approach and comment on the expected Planning Application for Scone North. We feel that expert help would be beneficial to such a group and have put out feelers to a national body that might be able to attend. Meanwhile we are pencilling in a couple of evenings in March to kick this off and have been considering what might happen on the night and beyond – then we thought, what is a Study Group anyway?
