The ‘hole story! We have been pursuing the Council over this repair for many months and always the work is ‘just about to start’. All very well for the Council to say this is a private matter when the Barrel Drain can causes thousands of pounds of damage to adjacent properties if it fails.The amounts of money spent on this recent problem were supplied to us under Freedom of Information requests.
