Dear Mr McKerracher,
Please accept my apologies for not getting in touch with you sooner. I have only recently returned from annual leave and have been out of the office at meetings most of this week. In regards to a meeting I am quite happy to accommodate this with perhaps I would suggest up to 3 representatives from the Community Council. We are intending on offering the same opportunity to the Luncarty and Bridgend/Gannochy Community Councils. As ever arranging dates to suit all parties are difficult but we will endeavour to do this. Unfortunately I have to limit numbers because of space requirements at our Consultants offices where there the presentation will need to take place due to software requirements .
In terms of dates for future meetings unfortunately I am unable to offer anything until we have shared some of the findings we have with our elected members. We have not had the opportunity to do so yet as the work, whilst still in progress, is only now at a stage that we have something definitive to show relating to where the new road will be and how it fits into the wider area. I hope you will appreciate that we are at liberty to make our members aware of any findings prior to going out to the wider communities.
I must also point out that my role consists mainly of taking the work for the new Cross Tay Link Road forward and not being a Planner I am unable to offer any comment on planning matters. However, having sad that I am sure you will find the presentation of real interest as there are obvious related benefits for residents of Scone.
We are currently trying to arrange a suitable date for a meeting with our elected members, once this has happened I will be back in touch as soon as possible
Kind Regards
Alex Deans
