Banks renewables have informed the Community Council that they intend to submit a full Planning Application for 6 152m wind turbines to Perth & Kinross Council during September 2013. Scone & District CC, along with other affected CC’s, have indicated to Banks that we feel this is too short a time to enable us to fully consult with the residents and businesses in our area.
