In preparing his report, the Interim Head of Planning has taken into account the points raised in your letter. Members of the Committee will give due regard to the report and all letters received in determining the application.

If, nonetheless, you wish to speak at the meeting, you can request to do so.  Requests should be made in writing to the Head of Democratic Services, Council Building, 2 High Street, Perth by no later than 4.00pm on Friday 19 May 2017 and you will be encouraged to combine your deputation with other objectors, or supporters, as the case may be. Requests can also be sent by email to committee@pkc.gov.uk. Please also provide a contact telephone number and indicate whether you will be speaking as an objector or supporter.
